INSPIRING TRUST on Wayfair’s Credit Card Landing Page
When addressing customers' financial concerns, creating trust is key. For that reason, when I reworked this Wayfair Credit Card landing page, I made sure it gave customers the information they wanted and needed. The value props at the top of the page were organized in order of importance (based on survey data), and the FAQs addressed any issue I anticipated customers might have (based on user testing data). The result was a clean, concise landing page that gave customers enough information without overwhelming them.
